• Lot 1: Rackmount Server for Central Office for the Digitization Project Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Four Hundred Eight Pesos and Twenty-Nine Centavos (Php981,408.29)
• Lot 2: Rackmount Server for Central Office for the Virtualization Server Nine Million Seventy-Two Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos and Sixty Centavos (Php9,072,256.60)
• Lot 3: Rackmount Server for Regional Offices for the Conduct of Computer-Based Licensure Examination (CBLE) 2025 Five Million Three Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Eight Pesos (Php5,394,708.00)

Pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB), a complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents. Bidders are not required to bid for all lots. Hence, the cost of bidding documents shall correspond to the total ABC of the lot/s bidding for.

The Professional Regulation Commission-Central Office (PRC-CO) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 20, 2024, at 2:30 P.M., through video conferencing which shall be open to prospective bidders. For proper coordination, all interested bidders are requested to submit their Letter of Intent to Participate, with contact details, through email at bac@prc.gov.ph on or before November 19, 2024.

Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat at the address indicated below on or before 12:00 NN of December 3, 2024. Late bids shall not be accepted.

All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in Section II, Instructions to Bidders, Item No. 14.

Bid opening shall be at 2:30 P.M. of December 3, 2024, at the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila. Bidders may attend the bid opening via video conferencing or in person.

The PRC-CO reserves the right to reject all or any bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
