Approved Budget for the Contract:

The supplier shall bid for the item described in the Terms of Reference, which shall not exceed the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC):

1. International Affairs Office: Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Three Pesos and Fifty-One Centavos (Php11,273.51) per piece or a total of Two Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Seven Pesos and Seventy-Five Centavos (Php281,837.75); and
2. Research and Statistics Division: Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty-Six Pesos and Sixty-Seven Centavos (Php11,526.67) per piece or a total of One Hundred Three Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Pesos and Three Centavos (Php103,740.03).

Bidders who are legally, technically, and financially capable may submit their accomplished open quotation/proposal personally by mail/courier addressed to the BAC Office, 4th Floor, PRC Annex Building, P. Paredes St. Sampaloc, Manila through facsimile no. (02) 5-3100037 or via email at bac@prc.gov.ph using the “PRC Official Forms” provided in the RFQ, duly signed by the owner or his duly authorized representative not later than November 22, 2024, at 2:00 P.M..
