Lot 1: Early Procurement Activity for Firewall Appliance for Regional Offices for the Conduct of CBLE (6 units)

Three Million Two Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Fifty-One Pesos and Ninety-Eight Centavos (Php3,295,051.98)

Lot 2: Early Procurement Activity for Firewall Appliance for Central Office (1 unit)

Three Million Eighty- Six Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos and Thirty-Three Centavos (Php3,086,660.33)

Pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the Government Procurement Policy Board (GPPB), a complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from the address and website below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount given below. The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees in person at the address given below.

Bidders are not required to bid for all lots. Hence, the cost of bidding documents shall correspond to the total ABC of the lot/s bidding for.

The Professional Regulation Commission-Central Office (PRC-CO) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on November 22, 2024, at 10:30 A.M., through video conferencing which shall be open to prospective bidders. For proper coordination, all interested bidders are requested to submit their Letter of Intent to Participate, with contact details, through email at bac@prc.gov.ph on or before November 21, 2024.

Bids must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through manual submission at the address indicated below on or before 1:00 P.M. of December 05, 2024. Late bids shall not be accepted.

All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in Section II, Instruction to Bidders, Item No. 14.

Bid opening will be on December 05, 2024, at 3:30 P.M. at the BAC Office, 4^th Flr., PRC Annex Bldg., P. Paredes St., Sampaloc, Manila. Bidders may attend the bid opening via videoconferencing or in person.

The PRC-CO reserves the right to reject all or any bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with Section 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA No. 9184, without incurring any liability to the affected bidder/s.
