The Professional Regulation Commission reiterates its requirement (PRC Resolution No. 2015-885, Requiring Schools, Colleges, and Universities to submit a Certified and Notarized List of Graduates in Hard and Digitized Copies) for the registrars of various schools, colleges, and universities to submit certified and notarized lists of graduates of courses and holders of degrees who are possible applicants for various licensure examinations conducted by this Commission, within fifteen (15) days from their conferment as such.

Said list must be noted by the President/Chairman of the Board of the academic institution and should indicate whether the necessary Transcript of Records had been issued to those graduates/degree holders appearing therein.

The need to reinforce this Commission’s policy is to ensure that all applicants for various licensure examinations have been conferred with the required academic degrees by the academic institutions where they graduated. This is to avoid having the graduates from securing individual certifications from their respective academic institutions due to the non-submission of the said institutions of the required list of graduates.
