PASAY CITY, PHILIPPINES – Hon. Ma. Lyra T. Del Castillo, member of the Professional Regulatory Board for Social Workers (PRB-OSW), was officially sworn in as the Vice-Chairperson of the Career Progression and Specialization Program – Credit Accumulation Transfer System (CPSP-CATS) Committee for Social Workers on 26 February 2025.The oath-taking ceremony took place at the Professional Regulation Commission – Philippine International Convention Center (PRC-PICC), Pasay City.

Hon. L. Louis P. Valera, Assistant Commissioner and Oversight of the CPSP-CATS administered the oath, witnessed by Ms. Marie Cecille P. Fernando, Chief of the Qualification Recognition Division of the International Affairs Office (IAO-QRD).
